The second order only half arrived as the additional half were from stock and it just mentioned please re-order meaning I might need to pay their ridiculous postage charges again if I sought the remainder associated with the Embroided polo shirts and Workwear.
The third order for Embroided polo shirts was the worst thing by far and will certainly be my last order with this Embroided Workwear Business.
The initially 2 orders were for polo tops in big 42-44″ although with daimler were issues along the way the big polo tops since these 2 orders fit ideal but measure 42″ precisely.
The 3rd order next Workwear placed in September 2011 did not arrive until January 2012 but no that’s not a typing mistake that’s really how lengthy it took next the Workwear to arrive. Not merely that the Embroided polo tops expected to become the same big 42-44″ were huge at 48″ much bigger than earlier.

After several emails to oliver@embroidedworkwear.co.uk but not getting anywhere I suggested I may take advice from Trading Guidelines or People Advice but his response to the surprisingly was as follows:
Any Trading Standard Office, CAB and or Court within the UK might see our side of this news associated with the individual who ordered the wrongly sized goods despite the supplier of these goods doing all they can with help visitors with a sizing guide.
I am sorry you feel this technique but I’m quite miffed at the way you may be dealing with this, do what you need to do.

I’m not quite sure if that’s an admission the polo shirts were wrongly sized by them or bad grammar since Oliver at Embroided Workwear though your kids nevertheless refuse to take responsibility.
Oliver uses now blocked my e-mail address so I can no longer contact him but Nicola in customer services at Embroided Workwear disconnected me from their survive chat program suggesting she cannot enable any further found on the matter.
You’d think that someone would should be intimidating, abusive or utilizing offensive language towards them to justify taking this kind of action. The reality is all I completed was put my case ahead in a well-defined concise way but when it looked like I did find a point they no longer need to speak from me.
Considering my past experience with this business I wouldn’t suggest them and strongly suggest you feel elsewhere next Embroided Workwear. I am out of pocket by a 3 figure sum and would not like everybody else with make the same mistake by applying embroidedworkwear.co.uk. Oliver you should be ashamed of yourself.
